Default Need references

We finally bit the bullet and bought a home in Fenney. We are in need of a lot of references but to start with we need a quality installer of tile for our Lanai that is both reasonable and does quality work. Second would be a mowing service that would go down to Fenney, would prefer a walk mower as the lawn area is quite small. Any advice would be appreciated and I'll be asking for more.

Thanks
Nick

We use K&B for lawn cutting & trimming. They're in Wildwood on 301. Our contact there is Jay - he can let you know if they go to Fenney & if them using a walk mower is an option. K&B has also done landscaping for us & we've been pleased.

Alexander Tile and Marble for the tiling. They always get good reviews. We have used them for grout cleaning and sealing (which I highly recommend having done when you tile, as dirt won't seep into the grout if this is done). They are a sponsor on this site, so you can look them up here.

We've used Floor Masters for 2 tile jobs, including our lanai. Very satisfied.

My opinion for what it's worth $0 don't do anything until you've lived here for awhile. Look around and take your time. We thought we wanted to do certain things (ie: enclose Lanai) but our ideas changed as we lived here. No rush

Alexander Tile did a wonderful job on our kitchen backsplash. Will definitely use them when we're ready to do the lanai floor.
