I would highly recommend Julianne Drosendahl of Peace of Mind Home Watch Services. her number is 352-250-2984. Julianne watched our home after we closed last year and again in February 2013. She has gone way above and beyond. She is very trustworthy, honest and reliable. She had to deal with some unexpected issues and handled them quickly and very well. She keeps in great contact with us when we are not in FL.

I haven't really a 'great' yard/lawn person so can't recommend one. My neighbor speaks highly of Dean's.
