Terry Yoder started T&D about 30 years ago. It is one of the largest contractors in The Villages. They provide most of the concrete and masonry work on the new houses, and they also construct pools, and a lot of other things. It is more than just one company.

I am looking to do the same thing. I called T&D and were told that at the current time they are not doing any projects that are concrete only, only if it is part of a larger projects like a birdcage or lanai construction. She said they may start doing them again next year but not certain. Therefore, appreciate all recommendations that are not T&D.

How does one then handle the need for a repair to one of those water lines under the concrete slab when necessary?
