I am in the process of selling my home by owner in The Villages. My ad is listed on TOTV homes for sale by owner. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a Title company that they may have used when selling their own home.

I think that Tri County Title is very helpful with for sale by owner closings, and will provide a sales contract package to use to initiate the sale. Also, Mclin Burnsed will do it.
