From what I have heard, the no solicitation rule is not enforced probably because it is not a valid requirement. How can The Villages control what is done on a public road and a private property ?

Does anyone feel a scam is on the way.
I would let the villages know what is going on and the police.

We are in an area where the homes are approaching 20 years old. You hear the sounds of roofers daily. We live on a small court with only 14 houses. Only one has “bitten the bullet” and had the roof replaced. I keep hearing insurance companies are requiring new roofs before renewal. Anyone experienced this?
