Default New tv service ????

CAN ANYONE COMMENT ON THE LARGE (full page) ADD IN THE PAPER ABOUT A NEW TV SERVICE WITH FANCY PRICES AND A FULL LINE OF HD CHANNELS...
IT LOOKS PRETTY IMPRESSIVE CLAIMING TO BE CABLE BUT I'M NOT SURE IT ISN'T ANOTHER SMALL DISH COMPANY ....IT LEFT NOTHING BUT A PHONE NUMBER AND I WONDER IF ANYONE CALLED TO GET THE STRAIGHT POOP..

I Googled "turboHD" and found it is Dish Network. There must be a reason they are trying to to mask their true identity.

Default Dish TV

Dish has been running this disguised ad for many months. Makes one wonder what they hope to hide.

They are probably trying to hide that "searching for satellite signal" message that appears on the tv screen whenever it rains or it's cloudy here in TV.

I have had Dish Network since May 08 and have only lost the reception during extremely heavy downpours and only for a few minutes then and have never lost the signal because of "cloudiness"

Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Thanks gals and guys
It seems like to be passing themselves off as Cable borderlines on fraud . I'm not saying small dishes are bad , but if this is the way they do business then if I were to change I think DIRECT TV would be the way I would go...
Right now I'm on cable but I wish there were an alternative.....
Village.net keeps talking about expanding to compete and so their may be hope on the horizon........

Fumar .

Not sure if this is what you are referencing but here is a previous talk:

Beware the ad for satellite tv on page 10 daily sun 2/2/09
