I have had nothing but problems with the owner, Vince in getting warranty work done on my driveway they paved with bricks. Continuous ignored calls and rude responses over several years. Sales people are great but the owner lacks any peoples skills. We became so exasperated with him that we went to Seniors Against Crime. That afternoon he came to do the warranty work while we were at the movies. I can't imagine it took more than an hour to do. I would never recommend him due to his poor responses to warranty services.
