First I would not waste my time with Better Business Bureau. My experience with Senior v Crimes is limited but like organizations of their kind they only get excited about certain type cases. A complaint about a contractors doesn't appear to rise to that level.

This forum is a blessing because it provides actual experiences by villagers and provides them quickly.

It would help if posters would describe what occurred....."What did they do/not do? And when did they do/not do it. How did the do/not do violate the agreement/contract? etc etc etc.

considering legalities I would not say don't use or they are crooks, etc, because you may wind up in a lawsuit. By describing in detail what transpired you will allow readers to draw their own conclusions
