PCBs and AC capacitors: did PCB's screw us out of reliable capacitors?

Boy it seems a word can be taken in quite different ways!
When the OP said "basically" I took as the capacitor
replacement was basically all they did!

At this time I don't hold Munn's in high regard,
but I remain open to correction!

I agree Fredster. Lets see what develops. I dislike seeing anyone being taken advantage of.
