We have had good and bad experiences with Mike Scott Plumbing. Be proactive and don’t settle for less than excellent service. They were responsive when we did so. Avoid Frank Gay at all costs!

Mike Scott does the warranty repairs for my house (currently under a year old). Very responsive and did great work. I have to caveat that statement with the fact that it was warranty work, so the developer has set response times. Not sure if that is a factor or not.

Have had Mike Scott in twice (two different issues). I got an appointment quickly, they came on time, did the work, explained what they were doing and were polite throughout. So, based on those two times, I'd call them again.

Service has been same day and great.

We've had them several times with NO issues. They were small jobs but they came the same day and were in and out in a timely manner. The last time we needed a bathroom faucet fixed. A young woman came and did a great job. So both guys and gals are looking to work in the trades.

We have used Mike Scott several times and have been very satisfied with staff, work quality & pricing. When we did have an issue it was addressed in a timely manner beyond our expectation.

I’ve used them to install a tankless water heater and they repaired a leak with my sprinkler system under my driveway. Very pleased with them. Would use again

Mike Scott replaced my water heater earlier this year. Prompt, professional, cleaned up and the cost was reasonable. Very satisfied and won’t hesitate to use them for future needs.

Lenhart electric, I bought a replacement ceiling fan at Hime Depot, they referred my installation request to 5 contractors, Lenhart was the least expensive, came the next day. The man knew exactly how to assemble and install the fan. Job complete in under an hour.
Highly recommend Lenhart.

About 5 years ago, SECO contracted with Mike Scott Plumbing to install our tankless water heater. They did a quality, professional job. A neighbor used another plumber and the installation to me looks like a kid did the job with very little skills to depend on.
I have used Mile Scott plumbing for a tank flush and one repair in that time. I found them to be responsive and reasonable when it comes to their charges.

My experience has been nothing but posative.
