Default Plumber Recommendation please

Just moved to TV. Have great water pressure except for one shower. Already took off shower head to see if it had a water pressure governor. With shower head removed, water still just trickles out of the pipe. The water out of the sink faucet has great pressure for both hot & cold. Shower head pipe trickles for both hot and cold water. Don't think it's leaks as when all water is turned off the meter shows 0 movement. A plumber recommendation would be appreciated. Thank you.

Mike Scott Plumbing or Kiley and Sons. It sounds like a mixing valve issue.

either of these two are well regarded and will do a good job for you.
I've used Mike Scott several times over the years and I'm quite happy with them.

Thank you all. I'll give Mike Scott a call and also let him know he was referred through TofTV.

Dove Plumbing. The best I’ve used in 18 years that I’ve been here.

One thing I have learned. Check for leaks after any plumbing job even if I pay plumber. I’m real anal about it I’ll put down paper towel or take cover off days later make sure there no tiny drips.

Mainly posted it so he couldn’t see what the problem was. Most likely the o-ring in front of the springs are blocking the water flow?

If the valve is a Delta the part has a lifetime guarantee. I had the same problem, called Delta customer service with part number and no questions asked sent me a new part. The valve at HD was around $90.

If you have the single shower valve control, it more then likely needs work or replacement.
