Slab leak? You sure that was a plumbing issue?

Can you be more specific? What do you mean that they gave you the run around?

Yes, please.

I've used Mike Scott a number of times. All were good service. I'd use him again if I needed any plumbing work.

I have found a licensed plumber here in TV that I have used at 2 different homes. He has does work for neighbors and they love him. He does high quality work and will save you a lot of money compared to others mentioned in this thread. His name is Chris, 248-330-2721. You will not be disappointed.

Yes and if you call and use him you will have it too

Handyman

Call Harry, the handyman. He does great work and I believe he does plumbing such as you need. His phone number is 620-202-1734

It needs a new washer (it's not the packing nut that's leaking). A plumber with the correct tools can do it without creating a hole. The leak is capped off until I find a plumber who will replace the washer.

We just moved into our new home and when we had our gas dryer installed the installer pointed out that the gas line valve wasn’t installed correctly. The rude, unprofessional woman from Scott called and said we would have to pay for a service call to have it looked at. So much for the new home warranty. One week later a bathroom faucet came loose, which I fixed, because I will not have Scott in my home.

I don't know whose license number you have, but the guy you referred to is not a licensed plumber.

We've been using Kiley and Sons for a couple of years now and so far they've been reliable.
