Default Pool company complaints

OK. Stopped into SR vs Crime today to check on complaints against pool companies. Fiesta has 0. Wiseman O. And All seasons has 7.

We use T&D Pool and Spa, for our hot tub, for over 3 years. They have been very good, very responsive to any problems. They do have some turn over, but so far all of the techs have been good, and have even made suggestions that saved me money.

We had T & D, Vera and Randy are the best. And, they back up there work. You may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for.

T & D can't even come until end of October for an estimate and we know they will be more expensive. Did get another recommendation of a company by the name of Bowles out of Orlando so will interview them also. That will be 4 to choose from

T& D is the best, we've had Dave service our pool at 2 homes now and he is the best. Cost wise, I don't think it's out of line....about $30 a week and if you have any issues between visits, call and thy come the same day to deal with it.

T&D are the best. That's why you have to wait so long to have a new pool put in. Our pool tech is great and the water is always crystal clear. You would pay much more for pool care up north than here. My pool is 8 yrs old, and is still beautifull.

No need to tell me AGAIN about T & D. We are not willing to wait until October for a sales consultant. Looking to hear about other companies

Go with Fiesta. Two years ago we did. We are completely pleased with the installation and the finished product.

You are dealing with the second-generation owners of the business. I will say that they are not the most "polished" business people, but they are complete experts at building pools - pools that last without problems.

So you've been posting on here about finding a pool company for over a month, and how you don't want to wait for T&D. What happened to the company you were raving about that came out for an estimate?

T&D pools is tied to the developer. With all the new building all the direct suppliers are stretched thin.
We were at a card party in Collier this week and several of the neighbors had after market pools and bird cages, etc. These were done by Wiseman. They were all very happy with the work. We wanted the pool from the get go, so we contracted with the developer, which means T&D. I was interested to hear about their experiences on this and other topics.
Part of the problem is that you generally are not just buying a pool. The lots and available space for the pool and the deck and enclosure are all unique. So you need a person who can create the pool and environment that will suit you. This type sales person is in short supply. When considering who to select, you need to know when they can do the design, to set the price, When after that can they start the job and how long does an average pool system take to build.
The builder adds 30 days when a pool is part of the bid. Because they are starting from scratch, that may be a low number.
Good luck with your search.

In the middle of a project with Wiseman.... very unhappy.... will see how it turns out, but as of right now, I would not recommend Wiseman Pools. Knowing what I know now, I would wait for T & D and pay the extra $$$$.
