We were in the same position in Bonnybrook. Bought the house ,but had not moved in. I hated the popcorn and when it gets 15 to 20 years old it begins to flake off. It was the ideal time to remove it and enjoy the home. I didn’t want to do it just as we get ready to sell the home.
