Default porcelain tile

looking to have small Lanai 10x12 tiled , i will buy the tile at one of the big box stores but need installation, would appreciate any recommendations on itnstallers thank you

You should consider having a crack stop barrier installed then the tile. Concrete slabs tend to crack and if the tile is set directly on the concrete the crack can (will) propagate to the tile and crack it also, a crack stop barrier will eliminate this. If your lanai can get wet, be sure to get tile that a rated for WET locations (bathroom type tile) otherwise you will probably end up with a ice skating rink when it is damp or wet. Grout should also be sealed very well.
