Contact Richard King at 352-408-2094. He does a great job and is price is very reasonable. I have used him for over 10 years. He cleans 10+ villas in my neighborhood twice a year.

I've been using Home for years and they always do a very good job washing my house once a year.

I had an appointment with Richard King to have our house powerwashed on Thursday morning. He did not show up not call to explain. I called him 3 times and left messages asking him to return my call. I haven't heard from him. Quite a disappointment.

One word of caution, if you have any electronics, LED lights, vide cameras, electronic locks, etc., remove these or instruct the power washer to stay away from these. I have had several devices ruined after power washes, so now i do my own.
