I know there is debate about having a pre-move-in inspection done by a home inspector, but we decided to do it, just for peace of mind.

We used Jeff on our new spec home (Durham Model):

He was very professional and provided a detailed report with photos and descriptions of each discrepancy/issue. He found 32 items total that need to be corrected, many of which I know I would not have noticed.

We are happy we spent the small price, very satisfied with the results and highly recommend Jeff.
