Default Property management

Does anyone have a property management person or company that they would recommend? We have a 2 bed villa in Caroline that we are renting. Thanks

So there are a few PMs here in TV. If you want to go with the name brand, use the Villages which comes up on most people's intuitive search criteria. However, you will be competing with their lifestyle plan as a villa. So the other route is to pretend you are a seasonal renter and go on line and see what's available as the villages competitor, and see the inventory, the pricing, the web booking experience, and what other online booking services have picked up their offerings. . . also look to see what the price versus offerings are with which you are competing. . .

The issue here is that most on this site are their own PM and advertising. . . so after you do your research, come back and use the search feature here to see prior discussions about the PMs you are considering.

If you are renting a house just to make money, the only thing that makes sense to me is to do your own property management. If you turn it over to a management company, they will make more money than you will with no risk.
