I don't know the veracity of the claim, and I do recognize that not everyone will be 100% in agreement, hence my request for information.
That was my claim. I had to replace every screw all the way around the house. Cheap chinese fasteners. All rusted. Replaced with stainless.

Can you please tell me how long ago you originally had this work done?

I just talked with Mr. Hill, the owner, and he says that these negative reviews could have been from installations 30 years or longer back. He said he is now using all new style screws and fasteners which last much longer and do not rust. He also said his work has a lifetime warranty as long as it is properly maintained (to have them come out and tighten up, inspect, etc) every few years.

I’m trying to get to the bottom of this all before they show up at my house this coming Monday! Thank you.

Work was done in 2011. The idea of maintenance on screws is ridiculous.

We to used M&M two years ago. Reasonable and no problems. You won’t be disappointed.
