Default Recliner Repair

My recliner has had a couple of metal strands break in the spring system under the seat. Not the coiled springs themselves, but part of the spring system. Can anybody recommend a repairman who would deal with such an issue.

Thanks.

Gotta reboot this message. I'm kinda desperate. Anybody know anybody who does furniture repair?

If not, I have a few other miscellaneous items I could use a handyman for, so I'll open this up a bit. Can anybody recommend a good handyman who offers broad services? One who might even be capable of some modest furniture repairs?

Can you provide a picture of the area that needs to be repaired, I may be able to help.

See attached. Note the broken rods.

The coil springs don't appear to be broken, but the rods that run from front-to-back and/or side-to-side have snapped.

Recliner is fixed. One of our ToTV friends came through for me. Replaced a couple of broken pieces and the chair is solid again!

Thanks, villagetinker!

Thanks, villagetinker!
Village Tinker is an invaluable asset to TOTV. Has assisted me in several ways and his help is much appreciated.
