Could you send me the name of your contractor?

We would not recommend Custom Windows and Exteriors. They had the worst customer service we have ever experienced in the Villages or elsewhere. Our installation was to take one day and finished in 7 weeks. Order problems, call back problems, attitude problems. Maybe they are just too busy to care.

I used KB Construction to enclose my Lanai with Glass They did a GREAT job,Resonable price, showed up and finished project as promised, quality workmanship,:) nice people to work with. Had 2 minor problems, called them they were fixed the same day. I would use them again without hesitation

We had several estimates. We went with White Aluminum, and was very satisfied with the quality of work and price. They gave us a list of referrals here in The Villages, and the quality of workmanship was excellent.We looked at several glass enclosed Lanai's. Zero leaks around the glass windows. They also have a excellent warranty. Hope this helps.
