Hello so Dad has agreed to assisted living. I need someone to spruce up Palm tree, trim bushes and weed. Lawn service does fine with lawn not interested in that.

I also need estate sale person. With all else i have to do I don't have the energy for that too.

I am beginning to i to interview realtor so am open to suggestions.

Pretty sure will need baseboards painted and carpet cleaned.

If you go into a new home in a lot of over 55 communities you will see a listing of features in a plastic picture frame on the kitchen counter. Consider making up one of your own so prospective buyers get a better idea of why they want to buy your home. The salesman may not be familure with your home type or area so you can not rely on them to present all the features.

Try the classified adds to find an estate selling organization. Also Google.
