Which company is better to do business with
Jacks Solar or Solar Trek.

Solar Trek gets decent reviews. Jack's Solar, not so good.

Solar Trek not so good for me. Took them 4 trips to stop leaks. Seems initial installer was inexperienced.

Leaks would be my concern for putting solar panels on my roof. I heard there are roof shingles that are solar panels.

Whoever subcontracts for T@D did ours. And when Irma caused one of them to leak, it was fixed the next day.

Tesla does a solar roof - costs twice as much as a normal roof but they guarantee it for twice as long

Default solar panels

if you get a new roof do you have to pay a solar tech to remove and reinstall and does it effect any warranty (roofer- solar)?
