Default Solar Water Heater

Need annual maintenance and someone with knowledge of how to maintain it when not in use for months at a time. Company that installed it is out of business and one that I would have only recommended to my worst enemy regardless. Help!

Did you find someone to service? I have one that needs the same. Thanks for the reply. Norm

Thumbs down Never again.

I would look on the equipment or the sales contract for a brand name for the equipment and then look for an owner's manual or other documentation via web browser.

Several years ago the installer of my solar water heater went out of business. Maintenance was quite complicated and the system was damaged by an unexpected frost.

I dismantled it.
