Default Hollywood Windows

Has anyone dealt with them before? So far I am not impressed. I am working with someone who lives in Summerhill and windows do not open and close easily. I called the warranty dept to see who installed windows to have them come out. I was told it was Hollywood windows. I have contacted them 3 times and we have agreed to the service charge but they will not schedule an appointment. Now I cannot even get through to them by phone.

Does anyone have an email contact for them? Also can anyone recommend someone I can have come look at the windows?

Thank you,
Cheryl

Update: Looks like they are still in business. There was no explanation of why line rang busy for 3 days and why appointment was never set up. They did come out to my client's home to repair and so far there has been no charge. They set up appointment for tomorrow and came today (with no warning). Not thrilled with customer service but at least work is being done.

Another update: all the windows were repaired and my client is satisfied. The windows were all finished being fixed today. That model window is no longer made and they had to search for the parts but it was done. The charge was $50.00.
