Default Stone veneer on front of house

Does anyone know whether additional approval beyond ARC is required to do the stone work? Like county permit?
Thanks,
Bob

I don't know, but the ARC might.
By the way, having seen a number of homes with the stone veneer, my personal opinion is that it looks nice. Hope that if you would like it than you can have it.
GOOD luck.

Call the county building department and ask them, they are the experts, Sumter county has always been very helpful to me when I ask questions.

No additional permitting is needed. And, the ARC process was simple.

I've learned that getting all the information (doing you homework, your due diligence) before doing anything is always the best way to approach anything. Ask or find out first. Great advice is often offered here. Community standards will direct you to where the answer can be found. It's so much easier to get approval than having to pay to remove something if it's not allowed. Good luck.
