Smile Lanai Floor Covering

New home in the villages and interested in hearing feedback from others that have used epoxy on covered lanai.
Also recommendations on contractors to use or avoid.

Used epoxy (rustoleum) in garage and in lanai. 5 years later the garage looks great and the lanai is weather worn (lighter) in places. Epoxy does not do great in sunlit areas.
We intend to redo the epoxy in the lanai in a few weeks and we will most likely put a clear coat over to protect it. I understand the clear coat will make it a bit slippery when wet.
Another choice is Daich Roller Rock brand which we may be using on the small outdoor pad.

Be sure the last coat has 'shark grip' or equal added to the coating or you may end up with a skating rink when the floor is wet.
