Default Plumber/general contractor recommendations

I just discovered water seeping outside from the foundation/sidewalk joint adjacent to our garage. Looking for recommendations for a plumber/general contractor.

First, if you are able, I would use a small shovel and dig in the area to see if you can spot the problem some of these can easily be repaired by the homeowner or a handyman. If you are still after a plumber, we used Mike Scott a few months ago, for an after hours repair, and were pleased with the response and the bill.

Munn's does plumbing? Didn't know that. I thought they were a HVAC company.
