Default Tile and electrical outlets

Have a couple of broken tiles in shower that needs repair, and want to change 5 outlets to plug and USB ports. Any suggestions

If you do not have spare matching tiles, you may want to call home warranty, they can give you the name of the tile and the original installer, from there you can see if matching tiles are still available and whether the original installer is interested in the job. As for the receptacle replacement, Lowe's (and probably Home depot and ACE) has these devices. If you are handy, this is a DIY project, if not any handyman should be able to do it for you. One word of caution, buy name brand USB receptacles, and not the cheap versions, if these fail, you may damage what ever was plugged into the USB port.
