Looking for someone who does grout cleaning & sealing.. Do they charge by the hour, or square foot?

We used Sure Clean Solutions to clean and seal the grout and clean tile in our shower. The did a great job.

They priced by the square foot... the rate depends on tile size and what kind of sealing is needed. Some of the grout had some kind of mineral stain on it the regular chemical cleaning could not remove so they had to use colored sealer... they checked to warranty to make sure they got the correct color.

The costs was about a few hundred dollars.
