We were sold the sprinkler maintenance program. We made 4 different dates for service and they never showed up for any of them. The last one was made for the am and we sat around all day waiting on them. When calling them this morning they said they had rescheduled it for a different date now. They never let us know of the new date. I cancelled the sprinkler repair service contract. If they can't make any dates, and I have to sit here all day guessing when they will be here, I don't need that. If you are thinking of their sprinkler service, don't.
