Have to but my vote in for Chris Hallmark...he did a wonderful job for my house hunt and for our friends.....always helpful and patient

Villages Salesperson
 
Beth Pope was our salesperson and has become our friend. Low key when we visited, appropriately attentive when we expressed interest, helpful and informative when we left and were selling our house in North Carolina, and absoulutely on the mark in guiding us when we returned in April to buy. Never too busy to talk with us when we called. Available almost on demand before and when we returned for closing. Her house warming gift was right on the mark. Visited us the other night just a few days after we moved in. If you've forgotten her name -- Beth Pope. We are happy that she found us.

Tony Trussler, excellent communicator, very patient and a wonderful guy. Have recommended him to others who have also been very pleased with working with him.

I agree on Lynn Peterson. We started looking about 4-5 years ago, even though we knew we couldn't retire until 2012. Lynn showed us houses on every trip down and has been a great help. We finally pulled the trigger last month and he continues to be great while they are building - sending us pics, etc. He is the best.

Hopefully we will be down in summer of '12 to join the fun!!!
