Has anyone had dealings with this company? They present a professional bid but they are hard to contact and did not bring and install the pavers when they said. They got paid for the pavers up front ( not the installation) and the check has been cashed. Hope this is not a scam!

Villages Hardscape is apparently run/owned/operated (?) by a gentlemen named Tim Connell. You should contact Seniors Vs Crime immediately - he has an extensive record in this area and has operated under many different company names.

Why are the consumer protection laws in this state so weak? Unethical businesses just don't seem to ever really go away, and very few go to jail.
