Default The Villages Insurance

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with The Villages Insurance at Spanish Springs. When I spoke with my Dad (at Buffalo Crossings Assisted Living) he remembered to tell me his golf cart insurance was due but he couldn't find the invoice to give me the info. I usually get down to see him monthly but that isn't possible now. I called the actual insurance company and they were not willing to work with me as I am not him. I offered to fax POA or whatever else they needed. I called The Villages Insurance and within 5minutes was able to make the payment and had receipt emailed to me.

I really appreciated that and just wanted to share a positive experience.
