It's the POA (Property Owners Association of the Villages) newsletter, which includes their contact address and phone. If you are not aware, the POA is a self-appointed watchdog group which has performed lots of excellent service to their fellow citizens with their information, warnings, etc. One of their most frequent topics has been critiquing the quality of vinyl siding installation on Villages homes.

I'll bet if you call them, they will give you good advice and probably know of some contractors who are honest and competent. Good luck!
