Last week I replaced the crappy plastic valve with a good quality brass valve . The plastic valves are extremely difficult to shut off and I can see why the handles break .

Used Kiley & Sons and the cost was $164.78

Well worth doing, IMO

I don't know if they will do it or how much they would charge. But, it looks pretty easy to replace the tee handle. Mine is red, and says "American Valve" on it.

I agree, to have a plumber replace a $.50. handle they’ll probably have to pay a service call which could be 30 to $40. & I’m sure the plastic handle from the plumber will cost 5 to $10. Surely Home Depot, Lowe’s or Ace has a replacement handle. I wouldn’t think you would have to be a rocket scientist to change it.
