Default Wildwood Tire

Just had a GREAT experience at Wildwood Tire on SR44.

Discovered nails in two tires at the same time. Dealership told me the tires could not be repaired and it would take 2-3 days for obtain new tires. Called Wildwood Tire and spoke with Matt who indicated I should bring in . Upon arriving I met with Matt who said he could repair. After twenty minutes he came back and said the screws had not punctured in inside and the tires were OK. Since I have nitrogen in the tires I figured a charge might be higher than normal.

Much to my surprise he indicated the whole transaction was NO CHARGE.

They will have my business in the future.

Thank You Wildwood Tire

I too was told by my dealer (Hyundai) that a nail in my tire could not be repaired and needed a new tire which would be in in a couple of days. I went to Wildwood tire and they fixed it. Who was your dealer?

I had a similar experience. They are trustworthy. The opposite of Tire Choice. They are family owned!

Nails in the sidewall or the outer inch of the tread cannot/ should not be repaired as there is too much tire flex. A nail in the tread can almost always be repaired, as long as the tire has not been driven after going flat.

Wildwood rotated my car tires and, also, installed larger tires on my golf cart wheels. Both quick and easy without any upselling.

I will go there in about 10,000 miles for new Michelins for my car.

We've used them several times and have been wonderful. My husband had a bad experience once with Tire Choice and that was enough for him.

I bought 4 tires @ Wildwood ( in 2/14) & I was very happy with the price & there service.
Stay AWAY from Tire City unless U want to spend a lot of $ on non needed service.
