Now that we have a contract on the house, I have to tell you, it is very liberating. We are so excited to be moving forward with our dream of living in The Villages. We also have 5 grandchildren here in NJ. We plan to see them as often as possible using skype. Four of them are 6 years old now and they are getting older and involved with sports and friends. The 3 year old is the hardest, but, you know, it is our time to have a lifestyle. We raised our 3 sons here in Howell, NJ and we did everything with them. We want to enjoy our interests while we are young enough to do so! Not to even talk about the SAVINGS!! Keep writing, Judy Wall

Mortgage rates are low, and buyers are out trying to buy a house before April 30th to get a tax credit. If you wait until the spring, you will miss a HOT market right now. Perfect example, we had our house on the market for several months. Since 2010, we have had more people come through than all that time, and we ended up with a great contract. Mortgage rates will definitely go up in March, and buyers will slow down because they get nervous. I don't know where your house is, but I would welcome the opportunity to help you anyway I can. We are still working..for now anyway.

As you know the housing market isnt very good right now.We have thought about putting our house up for sale..Probably not untill the Spring..

My husband and I hope to go back to the Villages this summer for another visit..

My wife and I live in Howell,NJ and have been to TV 3 times. We are in the process of selling our house, which has been on the market since Apr. 2009. We are now in contract and hope to be out of here by Apr.15. We will rent for a while to give us a chance to shop the available homes in TV. I hope we can stay in touch and meet some time in the future in TV.
