Sorry for the delay! I have not been on the site for a few months.....how are things in TV? Hope all is going really well..

We have had our house on market for 2 mo now....almost had a buyer after a month but he could not decide between our house which he liked better and the house behind us which has a great pool and hot tub...he finally decided on theirs.....we think we have our house priced too low...another house down the street same model as ours with a first floor office that we don't have listed for 25K more than us....Hopefully though that will make ours more attractive and sell fast....so we can GET THE HECK DOWN THERE....it's maddening selling a house isn't it?

What part of NJ are you from? We are in South J 1 hr from Atlantic City....we have lived here also all our life and we like it...but can't wait to get away from the cold and high taxes, car ins etc.

Would love to meet you when we get down there....are you enjoying the good life???

How is it going with the sale of your house?
We have been in our house in the Village of Buttonwood since May 18th. It has been great here. I am getting involved in different acvtivities, and we use the pool alot. It is nice to go to the pool meeting neighbors and sharing stories about our moves.
Let me know when you arrive , we can get to meet and share more about our NJ changes to Fl.

I have posted to you on my wall. Basically, we are also life long jersey people. our house went on the market in April 2009, and under contract in January 2010.
Our closing is scheduled for the 15th of April 2010.
We have on previous visits looked at resales, spec built, and new. We will be living in Brooksville with friends and expect to be in contract for a home in TV before the end of the month.

Happy to get your message! Are you in the Villages yet? We are getting our house ready for sale...a little nervous about moving to a whole new state as we have been in Jersey all of our life....but we are excited too! We hope we won't have to wait too long to sell...We have no idea of the housing market here...we are going to be getting a market analysis in May....We loved the Villages though! We are looking forward to meeting a whole lot of new people and all the activities that are offered in the Villages...and it sure looks like the people down there like to party! I don't know if there is a New Jersey club ....hopefully...so we can meet other New Jerseyans!
