Hi, I noticed in your posts that you roast your own coffee. So do I for about 7 years now. In Florida I use the Bread Maker - Heat Gun approach. In Wisconsin I use a Behmor 1600+. My go to "greens" are Panama Elida Natural and FTO Ethiopia Gedeo Worka Natural from Klatch Coffee. I also roast Ethiopian Sidamo Decaf. I've been hoping to connect with other coffee roasters in TV but haven't found many. I'm wondering if you might be interested in sharing your experiences. Let me know if that is of interest to you.
