Just wanted to follow up, I might not have been clear on the floorplan. It is a 3 bedroom home, with a living area also. They call one room a den but it is really a bedroom as well . The home is about 1950 sq ft. I can send the floorplan if you like unless you still feel it is to small. Thx Terry
