Hi! We chose the Aspen because of the size of the Lanai that is standard without the cost of stretching and a large lot. Another very important item was the kitchen. It was good sized and we were able to add a double oven and a pantry in the laundry room and still have tons of space. The master bedroom is also larger than normal. These are our reasons. Hello - I sent a PM to Gracie. I only know her through TOTV but I can tell she is a very friendly person. Anyways, my husband and I came down to TV in March for a LSV and to visit a friend who lives there. We are returning at the end of this month hopefully to find a lot. We are interested in the Aspen. Also, recently we've been thinking that the Gardenia might be a good choice for us. Gracie suggested I PM you regarding the Aspen.
