Conversation Between mrdills and dbcolli

Hello, I have some questions about purchasing a Tomberlin, I am considering an out of state purchase. I plan to use it as non street legal. Can I get normal non street legal golf cart insurance if I do not register the cart. Also I am confused if I would be entilted to the tax credit in this case. Sounds like title is needed not registration.
