Howard - The unit was $5100 and I get a $300 tax credit for this. Also it doesn't change my tax basis as my Florida room is not on the same level as the house. You have step down a couple of inches when entering it. The unit is terrific and very quiet. I will be glad to discuss this at our next golf gettogether if you have any further questions. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mid-Fla for the work.

thanks for the info about your air conditioner...been thinking about the same myself. A couple of questions.... approximate cost? Do they have to get a permit from the county.. changing the tax base for your house? Thanks for the information.
