Hi, I worked in the Safety & Environmental Dept. in Roanoke in the old Mechanical Bldg, from 1999 to 2010 when they moved the whole dept. to Atlanta. I then retired in April 2011. You probably knew the S&E guys in my dept. who took care of Shaffers Crossing like Keith Miller, Jeff Barnes and Dave Schoendorfer, among others. I'm former Conrail and in 1999 Chuck Wehrmeister hired me to be in his office.

I think we had a small conversation (of sorts) before you moved to TV. I don't remember anything about you working in Roanoke though. I know the building you referred top, but I never worked there. I worked in the Transportation Department on Roanoke Terminal at Shaffers Crossing. When were you there and for how long?

I think I remember talking to you a while ago. I also worked in Roanoke, in the Safety & Environmental Dept. in the old Mechanical Bldg. by the tracks.
