Unfortunately we didn't know about the one star rating when we signed up but we have been spoken to like we're village idiots and no responses when asking for something to be done. We had them landscape our villa. They did a nice job but the palm they put in was too big for the space. We asked it be replaced and we got halfway there. They pulled the Palma and now we have a gapping hole where the tree sat and promises to get what we preferred instead. Can't get the passive aggressive wife to give us any time when our plant will be installed even after she said to go pick one out and we'll plant it. That was two weeks ago. In a nutshell go with someone else and pass this information along. Also Native Cuts has changed its name to Native landscape solutions.
