Sorry that it has taken so long for me to respond. I don't go on talkofthevillages.com very often. In answer to your question is yes, my sister and brother-in-law have insurance. There are a few insurance companies in The Villages that insure golf carts. I would check each one for the cost of insurance. I don't think that having a license or not having a license is a factor in cost. Good luck to you

Hi, you mentioned that you have a sister and brother-in-law that drive a golf cart without a drivers license. Do you know if they have insurance that covers them if they are in an accident? I am trying to investigate this issue. I don't drive a car but can drive a golf cart. There are sure a lot of haters on this site and I wonder if they were in my shoes what their opinion would be then.
