Conversation Between karostay and Pairadocs

Thank you for your tip for Volvo maintenance. Wanted to PV to ask a few follow up questions if you would share. What model do you have ? I assume you've had them do the scheduled routine recommended and found they are authorized/accepted by Volvo, but also would like to ask, did you try any of the area Volvo dealers for service before you found the Leesburg garage ? If so, did you find, as I did, that they did not even do some of the services they said they did ? We're at odd ends trying to get honest service at authorized place ! Thanks for sharing, Ann
