Nice to talk with you last night. Our sales person would like us to think about
940 Vanilla Leaf Place VNH 17707. He is vague about why it is not sold when Sanibel
is sold out. His reasoning is it was a lot someone lost and TV built a home on it so
as not to have a dirt lot for the neighbors. I wonder about this and maybe you could
check it out. That Iris in your section going up for sale is 2421 Adelphi. They just
don't want the neighbors to know about it yet.

We wanted to thank you for your response to the loss of our Snickers.
I am quite a mess.
I see you were from Lower Gwynedd. I grew up in Skippack and family all in the area.
Mom was in the Gwynedd Nursing Home. Bob & I now live in Buckingham/New Hope area.
I met someone on TOTV selling their home in St. James.
She asked me not to say where at till they tell all the neighbors in July.
Ours here did not sell fast enough for us to purchase theirs, but I hope we still have
a chance when they list it.
Would this be something if it is close to you.
