Hi Maryanna, yes the older section is away from the "partying" youngish side....I like that the houses seem to have more room from other homes......we also made sure to try to buy with "little to "no bond" which in our case we bought w "no bond"....maybe I will pay abit extra but it wont be on my taxes...Lynn I am on facebk too are you???

Please keep us posted about Woodbury. I am from Staten Island and my husband is from Flatbush. We are living in Mexico now and just put our house up for sale. It can take years to sell here because it is all cash. We have buried St Joseph and we want to move to the villages; hope to rent there for a month in June. We are interested in the more established older areas and Woodbury is one of them.
